Physical Exercise

This is important training of the body. Your muscles need to stay strong in order to survive. You need to keep exercising as you need to keep working in order to create a well-balanced lifestyle. Athletics needs to be a occurrence we breathe into our lives as much as we enjoy watching TV, movies, reading as well as writing. We need to constantly keep training our physicality both for ourselves as well as for others within our community.

Composting and Fertilizer

We started composting this week and composting makes fertilizer.  Plants need a lot of chemical, such as carbon and oxygen. These are the most abundant they use, which they get from the air and water. Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium are the next most abundant elements. These three are in traditional fertilizer. The next elements are known as secondary elements and they are. Sulfer, Calcium and Magnesium are the tirshiary elements. They all are  the the basic building blocks of life.

Plants are needed for animal life on this planet. They are in a symbiotic relationship with all other life.  I learned ATP or Adenosine Triphosphate is the main source for building all cells. Its worth noting that Potassium makes one to two percent of the plants weight and is essential to all the plant metabolism. From what I understand that without Nitrogen, Phosphates, and Potassium plants cannot grow. This is because it lacks the ability to create the pieces it needs to grow. Fertilzer supplies the plant with what it needs in abundance so it grows faster. From what I understand most soils supply Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potassium because the rest are needed in lower qualities. It makes sense that people do not need fertilizer because we get vitamins from the animals and plants we eat. One thing that was easy to understand is that plants are like factories that do the work of metabolising and getting vitamins for us.

We started composting and thus making fertilizer to help lessen our biological footstep and increase understanding of how much plants are important to us as well as all life in this world. It hopefully convinced you that composting is easy as well as possible for anyone who lives in all city buildings within our global community.

Sleep

Sleep is an essential attribute of life. So why are so many of us not getting enough? If we all get more, diseases as well as illnesses will vanquish.

Obsticles of life

Waves are like life's obsticles, they just keep coming and coming and no matter what you will be strong enough to survive.

Robots

Robots are in our popculture. Some common categories are them being helpful and them being human-like and also them being comedic. Isaac Asimov wrote many books about robots and how to deal with them. There are also a bunch of movies that deal with them as well. 

Some categories of robots are  robots, androids, cyborgs and androids. Androids more human like.

One element that's exiting is that there is always more improvements that could be made within the future. The robots are everywhere already.
Golems could be thought of as robots. These show that thought can turn on us.

They don't have a gender, a voice, and its hard to tell them apart. Cyclone look both human and robotic. They could not replicate as of yet. There is always many questions. Will people be able to marry robots in the future? Will there be laws about them? What it means to be human? Will there be robotic surgeries?

Heavens dream

I dreamt that I went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels. My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is the Receiving Section. Here, all petitions to God said in prayer are received."

I looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all over the world.

Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the second section.

The angel then said to me, "This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them." I noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we stopped at the door of a very small station. To my great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. "This is the Acknowledgment Section," my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed.

"How is it that there is no work going on here?" I asked.

"So sad," the angel sighed. "After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments."

"How does one acknowledge God's blessings?" I asked.

"Simple," the angel answered. Just say, "Thank you, Lord."

"What blessings should they acknowledge?" I asked.

"If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of this world. If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy."

"And if you get this on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that opportunity."

"If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the many who will not even survive this day."

"If you have never experienced the fear in battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation, you are ahead of 700 million people in the world."

"If you can attend a church without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture or death, you are envied by and more blessed than three billion people in the world."

"If your parents are still alive and still married, you are very rare."

"If you can hold your head up and smile, you are not the norm, you're unique to all those in doubt and despair."

Ok, what now? How can I start?

If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you as very special and you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.
